Vicki Gibbins' horse racing tips today

Vicki Gibbins takes over as tipster on a busy Tuesday with three best bets from Leicester and Lingfield...

We head to Leicester for the first selection in the 1m4f Class 4 Racecourse Live Streams On Racing TV Extra Handicap (4:35) It's a competitive race with a worthy favourite in Brave Knight (who had his winning form boosted over the weekend at Doncaster) but Harry and Roger Charlton's It's All About You catches the eye at longer odds. The yard is in good form over the last fourteen days with a 29% strike rate (2-7) and the Highland Reel three-year-old is expected to improve for the step up to 1m4f. Winner of a fourteen runner novice at Newbury as a juvenile, It's All About You finished a well-beaten third at Doncaster on seasonal reappearance over 1m2f and has arguably improved with each of his four career starts. He has predominantly been raced in Class 4 company throughout his career and appeals at odds of 10/1.

Selection – It's All About You – General 10/1

We remain at Leicester for our second selection and take a risk on a Charlie Appleby colt in the 1m Class 4 British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Stakes (4:00). The yard has been really struggling for winners in the last fourteen days (2-21) but the last four runners have placed and it looks like things could be improving. The price of 11/4 about Theatre Honours is probably reflective of the yard form, with the colt expected to start favourite in other circumstances ahead of John & Thady Gosden's Ziryab. Half-brother to Meydan Group 3 winner Discovery Island, Theatre Honours produced a good effort on debut in a 1m novice stakes at Newmarket despite being carried right in the closing stages by eventual winner Quddwah. A clear run should see him firmly in the mix and he could provide the Appleby yard with their first winner in a week.

Selection – Theatre Honours – General 11/4

We move onto the all-weather for our third and final selection of the day at Lingfield. Laura Mongan's Regal Glory is expected to be competitive in the 7f Class 6 Download Fitzdares For Free Race Streaming Handicap (5:30) as a former course and distance winner. Although Laura Mongan has not had any placed runners in the last fourteen days, they've probably been running to form and Regal Glory was a fair fourth over 6f at the track five days ago. The Cotai Glory three-year-old's sole victory has come over this distance and he failed to fire on his last attempt over 7f when switching to the turf at Brighton. The combination of an all-weather surface and 7f makes him a good option at 11/2.

Selection – Regal Glory – General 11/2
