A bold showing at Trentham on Saturday will confirm a return visit to Australia for Saracino.

Saracino - Darryl Sherer

"He'll run at Trentham over 1400 metres against his own age group and all going well he'll then go to Sydney for the Arrowfield 1200," said owner Lib Petagna's racing manager Bruce Perry.

The Murray Baker and Andrew Forsman-trained Saracino, winner of the Gr.2 Danehill at Flemington in the spring, has the Gr.2 Grant Plumbing Wellington Guineas on his immediate programme.

"He's quite a hard horse to place now," Perry said of the Per Incanto colt.
