Following an entertaining regular season and a dramatic finals series, the 2022 grand final is finally here — and it is a match-up for the ages.
It is the first time in NRL history the Penrith Panthers take on the Parramatta Eels in a western Sydney derby to decide who takes home the premiership.

Alinta Chidzey, star of Moulin Rouge! The Musical – The Broadway Spectacular will sing the national anthem ahead of kick-off. Australian rock legend Jimmy Barnes headlines the grand final entertainment, alongside DIESEL, Josh Teskey and Emma Donovan. Sheldon Riley, Mahalia Barnes and A.GIRL will also perform. Australian hip-hop legends Bliss n Eso, alongside JOY will also perform hit song “Moments” during a tribute to retiring players.
