The following is a summary of decisions that were made by the Hong Kong Jockey ClubLicensing Committee at their meeting held on Monday:-

The Committee resolved to:-

1.      grant David Hayes a Trainer’s licence for the 2020/2021 racing season, subject to the usual formalities, to fill an impending vacancy; and approved that such licence becomes effective on 13 July 2020 in order for him to be eligible to receive horses into his stable when end-of-season transfers occur;

2.                  grant a Club Jockey’s licence to Alexis Badel for the period from 1 November 2019 to 28 February 2020, both dates inclusive;

3.                  grant a Club Jockey’s licence to Silvestre de Sousa for the period from 17 November 2019 to 31 January 2020, both dates inclusive.
