  1. New Zealand Bloodstock provides just 21% of Australasia’s auctioned yearling crop, the smallest of all sales companies in Australasia, yet accounts for 37% of Group 1 winning yearling graduates in Australasia – the best record of all auction houses.
  2. New Zealand Bloodstock has provided 7 Group 1 winners already this season including the Melbourne Cup, Caulfield Cup, Victoria Derby, Turnbull Stakes, George Main Stakes and Emirates Stakes in Australia.
  3. Graduates claimed Group 1 races in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, SingapPremier SCore and New Zealand last season.
  4. The last five seasons have seen over 100 Group 1 wins by Karaka graduates, making the National Yearling Sales Series the best source of Group 1 performers in Australasia.
  5. There were 21 individual Group 1 winners from the National Yearling Sales Series last season, the most of any auction house in Australasia.
  6. New Zealand bred or sold 3YOs have won 35% of Australian 3YO Group 1 races in the last five seasons. They have also won 45% of all Group 1 Derbies in Australia in that time.
  7. Buyers have 1378 yearlings from New Zealand and Australia to choose from.
  8. 130 of the best sires from Australia and New Zealand are represented plus the first yearling by Frankel to be offered in the Southern Hemisphere.
  9. 146 progeny of stakes winners with 18 yearlings out of Group 1 winning dams including Prize Lady, The Mighty Lions, Vouvray, Banchee, Calveen and Keep The Peace.
  10. Siblings to 35 Group 1 winners including Prince of Penzance, Mongolian Khan, Tarzino, Turn Me Loose, Shamexpress, Triple Honour, Shuka and I Do.
