There’s an awkward twist in Tyrell Fuimaono’s ugly hip drop tackle that has since ruled Eels young gun Haze Dunster out for the season.

Fuimaono’s sister, NRLW player Taliah, has been in a relationship with Dunster for the last six years.

Play was stopped in the 13th minute of Sunday’s trial between the Dragons and Eels when Dunster stayed down after an ugly tackle from Fuimaono.

Fuimaono immediately showed concern as Dunster laid on his side visibly in pain.

He was placed on report and sent for 10 as Dunster was assisted from the field.
