The 83rd running of the Satsuki Sho will be held on Sunday, April 16th and it is a 2,000m inner turf event at Nakayama Racecourse.

Japan Racing Preview - JRA best bets ,15th April 2023

Grade One action both days this weekend at Nakayama. Saturday sees the top chasers in action in the Nakayama Grand Jump over the testing 4250m journey, then on Sunday the best colts in the land lock horns in the 2,000 Guineas over ten furlongs. The Grade 3 Arlington Cup at Hanshin on Saturday also brings together a good field.
