Historic moment for NZ breeding when Uberleben won the Group One Japanese Oaks, that features Zabeel on her dam side. Mirco Demuro won his second Oaks. The favourite "white angel" Sodashi couldn't stay the disatnce and suffered her first defeat finishing eighth. Over NZ$210 million was gambled on the Japanese TOTE for the race.

Sacred Falls 3yo Courier Wonder kept his perfect record intact, winning his fifth consecutively after taking out the G3 Sha Tin Vase. He's headed for the Hong Kong Sprint in December. He was purchased by John Foote for $150k from Waikato Stud draft.
Another Waikato Stud bred 3yo Killer Bee by Savabeel put in a huge performance after being trapped wide to win his third from four starts (incl one second) winning the last on the card on Sunday.
Chilean Group One winner Panfield won the feature the Group One Champions & Chater Cup beating NZ bred Columbus County (Redwood) by half a length.

Former Ruakaka trainer Donna Logan trained her biggest winner in Singapore with American-bred Minister winning the Sing Group One $1 million Kranji Mile, that was ridden by Harry Kasim.
Macau
Former CD rider Masa Tanaka rode another winner and a second placing over the weekend, and still sits third on Jockeys Premiership.
