Louisville's Hailey Van Lith shares advice Kobe Bryant would've given her following win over Michigan

Hailey Van Lith scored 22 points to help lead Louisville past Michigan and into the Women's Final Four on Monday night. Now, they'll face off against No. 1 overall seed South Carolina in the national semifinal. After the game, Van Lith was asked what she thought Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant's message to her would be moving forward in the tournament, and she provided a pretty entertaining answer.

Celtics have options to survive Robert Williams injury, and one might be starting playoffs from a lower seed

One of the blander moves of this year's NBA trade deadline was the Boston Celtics bringing back Daniel Theis, whom they traded to Houston at the 2021 deadline. It didn't seem like a big deal at the time. Just a little added depth to Boston's frontcourt in the form of an institutionally savvy big.

Thunder rookie Josh Giddey to miss remainder of season with hip injury

Josh Giddey's rookie season has come to an end. Prior to Saturday night's game against the Denver NuggetsOklahoma City Thunder coach Mark Daigneault announced that Giddey would miss the remainder of the season due to soreness in his hip. Giddey hasn't played in a game since Feb. 24 because of the injury, and Daigneault said the "return-to-play portion" of his rehab process would last longer than the two weeks remaining in the regular season.

Darren Collison signs with Lakers' G League affiliate with hopes of getting call-up to NBA team, per report

Darren Collison and the Los Angeles Lakers have been flirting for what feels like years. They finally hooked up on a 10-day contract earlier this season as rosters around the league were decimated from COVID, but at the conclusion of those 10 days, Collison was out.

Hawks' Trae Young all but ends Knicks' slim play-in hopes, picks up where he left off at Madison Square Garden

Trae Young was stuck in COVID-19 health and safety protocols when the Hawks played the Knicks in New York on Christmas, making Tuesday's matchup Young's first game back in Madison Square Garden since he torched the Knicks in the first round last season's playoffs.

Mavericks' Spencer Dinwiddie sinks game-winning shot vs. Nets; Continues to show his importance in Dallas

For the second consecutive game, the Dallas Mavericks won off a Spencer Dinwiddie game-winning shot. After sinking a 3-pointer in the closing seconds against the Boston Celtics on Sunday afternoon, Dinwiddie followed that up by nailing another game-winning 3-pointer on Wednesday night, to beat the Brooklyn Nets 113-111.

Warriors star to undergo MRI after Celtics' Marcus Smart lands on his foot

The Golden State Warriors lost Stephen Curry for the remainder of their game vs. the Boston Celtics on Wednesday with what the team described as a left foot soreness. No other details were given.

Tyreke Evans to work out for Warriors after auditioning for Bucks, per report

Former Rookie of the Year Tyreke Evans will work out with the Golden State Warriors, according to The Athletic's Shams CharaniaCharania previously reported that Evans would work out for the Milwaukee Bucks as well. Evans has not played in the NBA since 2019 when he was given a two-year suspension for violating the league's anti-drug program. He was recently reinstated and is now eligible to join a team for the remainder of the season.

Kyrie Irving's 50-point outburst reminds everyone what he can do, takes Nets above .500

Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving reminded everyone just how lethal of a scorer he is on Tuesday night when he dropped 50 points in a win over the Charlotte Hornets. Irving's offensive outburst couldn't come at a more perfect time for the Nets, who had previously lost the last four games, and were 3-17 in their last 20 contests leading into tonight.
